In the 12th century CE, Rao Deva, a Chauhan Rajput of the Hada clan, shaped history by founding Bundi and Hadoti. During Jahangir’s Mughal reign in the early 17th century, Rao Ratan Singh of Bundi bestowed Kota upon his son, Madho Singh, etching Kota’s legacy in Rajput valor and heritage.
